America is home to some of the most beautiful landscapes in the world. Many couples choose to elope here because they want their wedding day to be filled with memories of gorgeous scenery and natural wonders. You can self solemnize aka marry yourselves and you dog can even be your witness! Here are some ideas for how you can plan your elopement in RMNP:Â
1) Plan ahead and ask friends and family to help out with small tasks like picking up flowers, putting together invitations or making sure that everything is taken care of on the day before your ceremony. Or hire someone like me to help arrange all of those details so that you don’t have to worry about them.
2) Visit the park website beforehand and talk about what kind of experience you’re looking for as well as any restrictions you have about food allergies or religion. This will give them enough time so they can find locations that suit those needs. Make sure you get a permit and follow all LNT rules for the park!
3) Consider renting one of the park’s yurts or cabins for your wedding night and honeymoon. This is the perfect way to celebrate a special time in your life, even if you can’t have many guests at the ceremony itself.
